Calls 5-6 times a day rings twice and then hangs up all that shows on my caller id is the number 2188

got several calls a while ago.. same deal.. no one there.... finally someone was there.. bad english... sales pitch... i said no... they didn't call back for a few weeks... called again last night...

gotten several calls from 2188 and like you said no-one is there. The call is coming to our business. We always get calls for making a website or lowering our credit card rate.

annoying calls 2188 it says, I called my cell phone co. they can't do anything about it but change my number. who is this 2188? if i find you you are in trouble.
