Same here: My cellphone call log shows a call from 218-786-0187, but I heard no ring and there was no message. The area code is Minnesota and I'm in Alaska.

Called - I didn't hear it ring, but there was a blank voice mail.
I wonder if they created the voice mail without even calling me (is that possible)
Looks like a call back scam where they bait you into calling them so they can charge you.
