Got a call from this number, Was a call center doing a survey for Discovery Education.  The Agent started to refuse to add my number to their Do Not call List for their program and company, and claimed they were told the FCC regulation did not apply to them.  I then told the rep to get their boss and I would hash it out with them.  After spending a year working in a call center as a manager I learned the only time a Call Center is Exempt from the FCC is during a Political Survey.  And I was more than willing to state this to the Agents boss.  Of which he then threw his rep under the bus and claimed they were misinformed.
