Not sure if this is the correct phone number or not, but this was the call back number that the rep gave me so I thought I would but a comment in here as well.

Caller ID said 630-307-6507 and company name stated was Ameribanc

Received repeated calls from Ty Otis.  Many people called throughout the day.  My staff asked them not to call anymore.  They even specifically asked Ty Otis not to call.  They called back today and spoke with me.  I  asked for their phone number.  They gave me a phone number of 218-313-8989.  I asked Ty Otis for the mailing address and he said I could get it tomorrow at the appointment.  I told him I could wait for the address on the phone.  He told me I was making this difficult and I told him that he was required to give me their address.  He then hung up on me.

This company clearly violates US telemarketing laws.
