It's a scam. I answered the call. It was a recording saying to press 9 to get a lower rate on my credit card. I pressed 9 just to bug them and the guy asked for my cell phone number. I told him he called on my landline. He asked again. I told him again. He used very vulgar language and hung up on me. I called the number 5 minutes later and got a recording from Verizon saying the number had been disconnected.
