Got a call from this lady Sylvia (which was actually a recorded message) on my work phone. It said something about "papers that have been forwarded & will be expedited" & that I should call them before 7pm tonight or the client will be taking further action in the morning. This is the 3rd time this week they've left this message. This is a Level 3 Communications Landline in Duluth, MN. So I couldn't find an address for them.

I received the very same call today but the call came from 214-233-8269 (Dallas). It went to my voicemail so the 1st part of the msg. was cut off. I had no name to identify. The woman said to call 218-249-0445 (Duluth) by 7PM. I called back the 214 (Dallas) number and after about 15 rings it went to voicemail where the greeting msg. identified her as Sylvia Holt.

I JUST RECIEVED THIS CALL ALSO, THEY CALLED MY WORK, MY CELL AND MY MOMS HOUSE(WHOSE NUMBER I NEVER GIVE OUT TO ANYONE)
JUST WONDERING IF ANYTHING EVER CAME OF IT, OR IF IT WAS JUST ONE OF THOSE SCAMS

I got a call from this number several times, they left several voicemails, and when I finally return the call it is a fax line or a recording.
it states: "Hi this is Sylvia Holt, please know that your file has been forwarded on to expidite your case, we can help you today, if you call before 7pm today. Please give us a call back or have your attorney give us a call ASAP"

They have called my cell number, my work, my husband, my moms(which I never give out)..

If anyone can tell me if anything has become of this, I Would really like to know...thanks

I got the same Sylvia message from this number and a Colorado number when I googled the Colorado number it is flagged to be an IRS scam and phishing so ignore do not communicate
