A lot of this "going around." The numbers are usually spoofed and you must be careful about calling back. Some people have done that to ask that their numbers be removed from the call list only to find they have a charge on their phone bill. Best block the number.

For those of you who hit reply I would not do that because you never know if you respond if you will end up with a virus. Just my personal opinion.
