they call at12.15 am.wake's me up and then they hang up with out talking.

Received a call from phone number (218) 203-9439 at 4:37 AM, EDT. Upon answering, I head sounds as if someone was holding the phone and trying to cover it with their hand. Then, they hung up. Upon call back, it goes straight into voice mail.
