I dialed 217-891-0771. It turns out to be the number that AT&T phones dial to check voice mail.

This number called my cell phone and the voicemail message sounded creepy like someone sucking in their breath and then almost whining. weird

Someone has put this on mhy phone number and everytime I call out or get a voice mail it shows this number.  The caller originally was critter (Christopher) Osborne.  He cussed me out and wished that I was dead and burned in hell.  He also said I would be sorry.  He is a 20 year old and has tried to commit suicide 2 times by overdosing.  He should not be able to use this type of phone calling.

caller ID showed this number. i answered and got a person making creepy sounds and stuff. tried calling back and obviously got the AT&T voicemail line. someone is probably using one of those services that allows you to show a different number on the caller ID.

this number showed up on my new cell phone. deleted it!
