Who is this got call earlier and when i tried to call back its always busy signal

This number is either a scam, telemarketer or a collection agent. The number is out og Champaign, IL. The caller was a man who left a voicemail message that said "I am an outside courier in the area with important documents that require my signature. He will be in my neighborhood between the hours of 2:00-3:00pm. If I am not home he says he will also come to my place of employment. He also says that if I dont respond to the calls he will take my response as a refusal. Refusal for what? The tone of the message is threatening of nature. I remember getting phonecalka from a newyork collection agent last year threatening home and work visits and litigation if I didn't pay a debt. I also got threatening emails. If you have ever dealt with an Internet payday loan company and defaulted on a debt then tha may be where the caps are comming from. I took out a payday loan when I was in dire straits. I paid off the loan plus interest and the company continued to try and collect. I blocked them from my bank account and wrote them a cease and desist letter. I refused to pay more than the original agreement and reported them to the better business bureau in NY. I blocked the calks from my phone and eventually the cals stopped. Now the calls are starting again from a different number. Do not answer or engage this caller. A word of advice, when a bill collector calls, you do not have to give them any information over the hone. If they are reputable, request that they send you documentation of the debt to the address they have on record and upon receipt of written documentation you will respond accordingly. If they are reputable, they won't threaten and you will receive something in the mail.

I also received a called from this number. The caller left a message that said the same thing. He said that he had documents that required my signature and that he was going to come to my place of employment. He left a number for me to call along with an ID number. The number he gave me was different from the number he called from. The number he called from was 217-689-4176, the number he left on my voice-mail was 855-817-4848. I am going to block and report both numbers.

I just received a call from a guy at this number. Said the same thing that he, Todd Greenwood,  is an outside courier to give legal documents and was contracted by the county. I asked for his number, so her proceeded to give me a bogus number, then I asked for the company name, which he could not provide. So I told him after getting as much info from him as I could that I would be forwarding this information on to a lawyer in regards to harassment from him and his company. He then abruptly hung up. Let these people know that you know they are scammers!

exact same message - that is too funny initially i was concerned with the message, then i found out it was for a debt that i am disputing and billed to me in error with US BANK - and i he is leaving the same messages - and i keep telling them that i want to go to court for it, i am actually suing the company, then i realized this is nothing more than a collection ploy.
