I'm from Texas as well. I received a voicemail from this number yesterday that was about a minute and a half of him breathing, whispering my name, and weird computer sounds. He then called a couple hours later and I picked up.  It was a similar story to what has been posted on here... he knew my name and said "You know who I am. I'm the boyfriend of one of your girlfriends" and he said he just needed someone to talk to.  He didn't really whisper and actually started getting frustrated and yelling at me to think harder because I wouldn't play along and guess who he was. And then he said he was sorry for calling me and hung up. Pretty creepy, especially if that's not his real number!  I think he must have gotten my name and number from my university directory.  He had a slight accent, maybe Indian?
