They call me every two hours from morning to night and never leave a message.

Called three times in one day.(Twice the day before ) I finally answered in a high pitched silly voice. It's a "survey" about fixing roads and bridges. Told the caller to be quiet and remove my number from calling list ( still using same silly voice). I'm just going to start messing with all these annoying callers.

Received this call yesterday afternoon and I did not answer. I did not recognize the number on my caller ID and now am reporting this unwanted phone call. They did not leave a message.
