English was extremely terrible.  Said he was calling to do a warranty checkup on my (he had the correct year and model of my car).  He wanted to know approximately how many miles I had on my car.  I said "excuse me?" and he repeated the same exact sentence.  I said, "the warranty on my car is just fine."  He said thank you and hung up.

More scam criminals. The server for this number is Bitwise Communications which is allowing Voice Over Internet harassment via this number.
Caller said he was from the IRS, my recent tax filing was incomplete and I was required to make a payment immediately via credit card.
Do not even answer this number. Criminals.

I received a call from this number.  No one left a message.  Tried to call back and says I called out of hours and they state their hours, "pacific time", yet has an area code showing for quincy illinois - landline.

Scam. I know better than to answer these. Foreign caller. "Standard vehicle warranty call about my (identified year and model correctly). At this time how many miles are on the vehicle?" At this point I hung up. I assumed they would try to sell me a warranty but didn't give them the chance. If you don't recognize a number, ignore it. A genuine caller will leave a voice-mail!
