I was asked if this is my 1st name & clicked No because I do NOT have any apptm. with SIU at all. Then I clicked #2 for wrong #. I do NOT know why they called me? Caller ID showed SIU SCHL OF MED 217-545-7218 at 8:07 PM on 6/9/2017. When I looked up this #, it told me Sharon A. Smaga with SIU at 305 W. Jackson St., Ste. 200, Carbondale, IL 62901-1474. I have NO idea who this person is and where this place is located since I'm from Springfield, IL.
