No caller ID except repeat of telephone number which is a dead give away. SCAM. So sick of at least 6 to 7 calls a day. Can't remember the last time I got a legit call.

Same number. Now caller ID indicates AFL CIO ST F, what ever that means. Disconnected after second ring.

Democrats of Illinos calling to support their agenda for politically challenged legislation, also donation.  Acted as an answering machine and the caller mumbled, "well I met my quota of answering machines" Another Forrest Gump moment. Called from AFL-CIO headquarters.

Said they were from the labor union doing a poll on who I'd vote for in the upcoming election. I told them they were calling a business line and that I wanted my number removed. Woman told me that she can't even see my number so has no way to remove it; that it's being dialed by a computer. But, if I would answer just one question in the survey then it wouldn't call anymore. I asked who in her company would know how to remove my number from their call list. She said she didn't know, but told me again that if I just answered a question they wouldn't call again. I reiterated that it was a business line and I did not want to receive unsolicited calls from them. She said, "okay, it's a business line, let me see..." click. Then she hung up on me. Super professional *eye roll*.
