calls twice a day, states out of area on caller ID, blocking number doesn't work. Researching number turns up nothing.

Tel-Lynx blocked this one. Strongly suspect that it is the ILLINOIS POLICE scam calls (per our local PD) that has been using 618-855-0185 as well. The calls are coming out of Springfield, IL
