Calling us at 5:00 in the morning

Received a call a little before 6:00 am this morning claiming to be from the IRS. The message states that this is their last contact with us regarding a lawsuit they are filing against us. They ask us to call them at this number for more information which I did not do. We have never been contacted by the IRS and will let the IRS know of this phone call.

Got the same message about them being the irs and it's their last notice about a lawsuit. I've never been contacted about anything from the irs so this is a definite scammer

Me too. Got a call at around 10am today with an automated message that I was being sued by the IRS. Said to call this number which I did not do.

just got a call from this number - said this is the IRS and that they are filing a law suit against me and if I want more information to call this number.
Instead of calling the number I would like to go there with a bat and see who these pieces of [***] are
