Received call from man who doesn't speak english very well who says he is from Microsoft windows and states there spy ware at my IP address. he wants to walk me through through steps to solve problem. I asked to send me notice via e-mail but insists he will walk me through it. What, does he think I am an idiot. He has called me several times over the year. Very annoying.

Called many times in the last weeks, sometimes before 7am. Never leaves message. Calling back with caller ID  blocked, the phone rings twice and cuts off.

i did got many calls from this number, from illinois, always the same guy in the other end, and he was supposedly from Microsoft, because there was some issue with My windows program.

they call about my windows but heres a new winkle, they are saying there is also a problem with my pass codes, please dont be fooled by some of the stories if they persist, a nd you have the phone number call a federal office or the fraud section of the phone company just maybe there will be qn arrest and there phone taken away.  Thanks  for shareing and listening

Got a call from 217-354-9428 from a man that barely spoke English.  Was obviously reading a script and told me "you have a Windows computer...that has the virus...'.  I interrupted him and said "no I don't", he said "what kind of computer do you have?".  If I had given him the time, I'm sure he would have told me that he would fix it for a price or he would have got information to access my PC online and look for information to steal my identity.

If this number calls, don't believe anything the person says. Block the number if you have the ability to do that.
