Called and left no message.

Yes, just called here as well. no message, caller ID said "United States". I have returned to the old method. I have recorded the phone company error tones of a bad number at the beginning of my greeting, then follow with the greeting. The robocaller will hear the error tones and delete my number from the dialing list as a "bad number" and the real people will think it odd, but ignore it. If you google "http://www.scn.org/~bk269/errorbeeps1.wav" you will find the file to play as you record your greeting. The number of calls has dropped to 1 every few days. Much better!
