Received a call from 216-929-4599, identifying themselves as someone from Lieberman Hunt Associates.  They were not looking for me, but someone related to me.    They gave a claim number and said if the person they were looking for did not contact them, the claim would go to court.  The information was not very clear from the woman on the phone, other than she needed my relative to call them back to verify information about the claim.  Based on other searches, this looks like a scam to get personal information.

received a call from 216-929-4599. man left a voicemail with a "case number". Not even 20 minutes earlier i received a call from 716-566-9952. woman left a voicemail with a "case number" very similar to the man's message. one said pending investigation. one said fraud charges. man identified himself as Mr. Michaels with the fraud division of Hunt & Associates. both case numbers have the first 6 numbers in common. the last 4 of one is my d.o.b. and the last 4 of the other is the last 4 of my social. SCAM!

Very similar to my call, but a Mrs. X, I cannot remember the name.  Obvious scam, but since they have a name, phone number, and other personal info, we are still going to file a local and FTC complaint and do a credit alert.

so i was told that this number is a fax number and found these complaints they are saying they are rosenthal, levine and associates. they keep calling and will not give any kind of info that you ask them for. i have asked for their bbb number and their llc and they will not give it to you.
