Had an elderly friend called by this number trying to tell her that their was a case against her.  She does not take care of her own money and never has.  So I knew it was a total scam.  When I asked that they take her off their list they were rude and I was told they have 60 numbers that go along with this case and they could not take it off unless I told them her phone number I refused to do so out of fear of more harassment and they hung up on me.  I called  back and again I asked the same thing and they said they couldn't and they hung up on me. Is this really the way we are trying to collect debts in this country by calling elderly people and claiming they owe money?

Total scam artists.   That company does not exist.  The person who called you is a party of a group of white collar criminals who  go around trying to convince or scare people into paying money on what amounts to worthless debt.  Ignore them and block their calls.

If they continue to bother you tell them that you know this is a scam and that you'll report them to the local police for extortion.

I'm getting the same call and messages from these people and I talked with a Mrs. Bates and almost went for this..... I Got a money order and everything until I looked up their address and found this forum.
