i got a message from someone saying their name was John Jefferson and they needed to speak to me regarding a legal matter, they had a bad accent and really couldnt understand them.

I received a call from this # and he said he was from the "Crime Bureau and they say I have committed a crime and I could be arrested. The guy was foreign and is very hard to understand. He wouldn't give me any information on the crime I supposedly committed. Also, he wouldn't give me the name or number of the company that the crime was against.

I just received a call from Jessie Jackson and he left this # to call him back on, he was very hard to understand and said there were serious criminal charges pending against me.  He did not leave a company name just a #.
