Dominic Spencer from Financial Crime Dept. Called me at work and said I was involved in a legal emergency.  He told my coworker i would be arrested if i didnt respond to his message.

I too received a call from Dominque Spencer.  He said I was involved in a legal issue and that a case was being downloaded against me at this very moment.  He had information on me from 1998.  He had my old banking info, my ss#, my work #, and place of employment.  He is full of $#@@#$.  He is a scammer!  Do not send these people ANY thing.  They call everytime I am supposed to receive my financial aid refund so they started calling.  They know when my tax refunds are coming so they start calling when they know I have money.  It is unbelievable.  I don't owe anything!

I to received a call from Dominque Spencer and he said that I would be arrested at work and charged with fraud. He then gave me another number to a Patrick Curtes 216-920-4376 and he told me that he was a officer of the Law. I talked to both of them and they told me if I set up payments they would stop proceedings. I then set up a plan and called the police department. The officer told me he felt this was fraud and to do nothing with these people. I also called my attorney and he informed me that these people can not threaten me. He called them and after he talked to them they proceeded to call me 17 times, I never answered the call.
