Received a call from this number ~1.5 weeks ago and 3 calls today. When I called back it was recording claiming to be the national weather service and it stated there was a high wind advisory for my county. I guess it's harmless?

I didn't and would not sign up for this. I gauge the weather by going outside and looking !
