I received two calls 4 hours apart, no message left. Just interrupted a text that I was writing and of course, disappeared after the ringing stopped!  How annoying these calls are. I doubt it is a caller from the Cleveland area.

Same as above. Didn't answer, and blocked number. These are scammers. Probably from India, Pakistan, or Nigeria. Ever get hang up calls after one or two rings? That's a scammers computer calling to find disconnected numbers. That's why when you call back, it comes up disconnected. Why do they use disconnected numbers? Because if it was an active number, you could file a complaint on that number, and the phone company can start monitoring, and tracing the call. In other words, how can you file a complaint on a disconnected number? You can't.

Once the scammers find those numbers, they start calling.
