They call my house many times a day. When I pick up, there is noone there. They let it go to voice mail but leave no message. When I try to call back, I'm told it is a non working number. Then they give you another number which is also non working. It goes on and on like this.

I have student loans with key and had problems with them in the past thinking was out of school when I really wasn't. I thought it was starting all over by getting these calls.. I tired to call them back but the number did not work. It gave a other number to call.That one as well did not work, once again it had a automated voice to call another number.. I called that one and someone picked up, it sounded like Key at first because it said welcome to Key then again in Spanish.. A woman picked up the line I told her about the number that had been calling me and that I student loans with Key and she said she would forward me to talk to someone about it,  she just hung up on me.. I went to Key's web page got their contact number called them and the first part sounded the same but when I got to the operator she asked me name and if i had an account and was a lot more professional. I told her the number that called me and she said that she doesn't know of any Key Bank number that starts with 216..  I gave her the whole number and she told me it was NOT key and that she will be reporting the number.

Started today - have called 3 times - once an hour - no message, no number.  If it is Key Bank, can't they just F themselves if they can't leave a call back.  This has been happening alot form all kinds of area codes and numbers same MO.....organized crime - my guess.

This number claims to be Key Bank in Cleveland Ohio.   Their first question, "May I have your social..."    I answered, "I don't have my social security number.  What is this in regards to?"  They said they won't disclose information unless I give my social.  They asked my name which I gave to them.   They asked again for my social and I still refused to give it to them.  I told them I would go down the street to my local Key Bank.
