I was a victim of identity theft, and Key Bank was involved. After almost 2 years and multiple phone calls and faxes to Key Bank with my federal case number, I get a call from Lance Gadson. Like other individuals he gives the impression of being a lawyer and "not just a collection agent." He reads out your personal info like your Social Security number and wants you to verify it over the phone. Does he think that a victim of identity theft is just going to give or verify info over the phone without questions? I'm calling Key Bank, then the Federal Trade Commission Identity theft line and reporting him.
