This is a utility attempting to get Com Ed customers to switch service providers. A lady mumbles and hangs up. When you call back, they give a sales pitch.

I've gotten calls from that number 2 days in a row.  No one is on the other end.

Received a call from 216-763-1391. They left a "message" where person simply expressed its disappointment with a "Ahhhh" as in when you get annoyed not to be able to reach a person. Well sorry whoever you were, but I doubt you needed to get in touch with me for anything of importance. So i'd have a great suggestion to avoid your frustrations... stop calling my number. Should be easy enough and a win-win for both of us ;D

they call me every day around 2:15pm but do not leave a message.  i don't answer it because it shows up as "revenue assistance".

216-763-1391/Revenue Assistance calls my place of business 2-3 times a day. I've talked to three different callers and asked them to remove us from the list. They claim they sent my boss an email (she didn't receive it in her inbox or junk folder) and want to follow up with her. They are so rude and pushy. We aren't interested in what they are selling and I've been yelled at and hung up on by the last guy that keeps calling when I don't put him through to my boss. If they are trying to sell a service why on earth would you yell at a potential customer??!?? Also, when I don't answer the calls they NEVER leave a voice mail.
