They called me and pretended to be from a law office n when I questioned him he started to threaten me. I knew it was a scam and I hung up!

I recieved a call from this number about an hour ago stating that if I didn't call them back all he could do was wish me the best of luck! So I called back and some one answered the phone but I couldn't understand. They put me on hold so I hung up and put them on call block!!

It's a scammer - you can't be arrested for debt in the US. Next time they call your husband, he should tell them that the FBI is recording, monitoring and tracing all calls the scammer is making to him. Report the calls to the FTC, the FBI and your state's Attorney General. Your husband should also let his HR Dept or manager know he is being harassed by a scammer.
