My God! I also got this number from Mr & Mrs Beach two days ago. I want to rent their apartment in NewYork,Thanks you so much Guys! I called them last Friday and they allowed my friend who lives in Queens to view inside of apartment. So I will pay them money after checking. The booking money is $600.

Called UK reference number also and guy seemed a little unclear what I was talking about regarding the apartment. Have plenty of email traffic with a Mr. Fortune-Brawner but still no confirmation of apartment available. Tried both numbers including the one in question here and left messages. Has anyone dealing with this apartment, person or cellphone had any luck?

I own a LEGITIMATE Corporate Housing Company. www.MarketRentalsNYC.com

One of my regular clients just informed me that he too was scammed by these people. It's unfortunate because if I hadn't been sold out, he would never have been caught up in this mess.

For the rest of you. If you're looking for a LEGITIMATE company to rent furnished apartments in Manhattan, please let us know.

You can reach us by phone 212.706.1450 or Email info@MarketRentalsNYC.com.

We accept all major credit cards, so you know you're secure.

My regrets to any of you taken by these lowlifes.

Sincerely,
Reuven Shuck
