Someone keeps calling on a cell phone I just got in January about setting up a delivery from Walmart. First, I didn't order anything from Walmart. Second, I haven't given anybody my new cell phone number yet. Scam alert.

Your new phone number is someone else's old phone number.  They are probably trying to reach the people who had your number before you got it.  Tell that to the caller.  If that doesn't work block the calls.
