216-661-8365 continues to call on Sunday nights right before 9pm, no message left, busy signal if called back. Number reverses to Mary S Phillips, 1422 Granby Ave,Cleveland, OH 44109. This is the same pattern followed by The Purple Heart charity telemarketers, it may be them. They use a different woman's home phone number for each outbound campaign. VERY ANNOYING.

Same here. Caller ID shows Phillips, Mary S. I'm wondering if this could be Purple Heart Veterans. I sure wish they would leave a message instead of just hanging up. I have my number in the do not call list too.
