In the Midwest, three types of robocallers have been going crazy this year: 1.) utility companies trying to get consumers to switch providers; 2.) political calls and alleged surveys; and 3.) cable/satellite companies like Time Warner. Time Warner owns the record of having the lousiest customer service (in many ways), so calls from them are both laughable and pathetic. BLOCK these calls (they often end in a string of numbers, like 1111, 2222 or 9999, so that's a tip-off).
