I was informed from 3 people in my family earlier today that someone had called them telling them I needed to call a number back & wouldn't tell them who they were. When I tried to call back the number they called from, it told me that I couldn't leave any mesages. I called back the number that was left from a blocked number. I gave the case number that I was givin, they asked for last four of my social... like a dumb a#$ I gave it to them. They told me my d.o.b. they then stated that it was a lawsuit from a phone that I had from sprint in 2002 for $467... when I asked for the info from the account they put me on hold, came back & gave me some B.S  that was never mine & an address that I knew nothing about. They stated that they would do some investigating n get back to me within the next few days & were very quick to get off the phone. They still had no number to contact me at. As I was telling them not to call my family any more  they hung up. I called back again to give him my number. Now that ive done some research... what can I do? What will they do? ? What are they gonna get away with doing? Can I stop any of this B.S? They called from 216-744-8762 & left the number 877-421-1168.
