Yup, I live around Grand Forks, ND. My wife received a phone call from this number. I called back and got a message about the service being overwhelmed with calls.

I called back and actually got through.  It's an answering service for many different companies, the girl told me, with the cause depending on your state.  In my case (Florida), it was the Palm Beach Post offering me a special holiday price for home delivery.  Of course, I live no where near Palm Beach.
