This caller was from Life Care Alliance (or similiar name, sorry), a traveling health care company that does health tests at local facilities at discounted prices. I did some tests with them 2 years ago in Columbus Ohio and they were checking to see if I was still interested. The caller was super nice and right off the bat asked if I would like to be removed from their call list and I said yes and she said "no problem", done.
