Got a call from this number. Any idea who it could be?

Sprint collection subcontractor, I pd them and their bills,  my daughters phone was stolen, they never closed my second line out, a manager assured me I n December of 201t they would credit and zero the line out, but they did not co.e thru on there end of there recorded line agreement, sprint lies.

Recieved call wanting to 'verify my info'. Stated they were from sprint. I explained I'd never had sprint and guy refused to hang up.

+1 (216) 553-3404 This number keeps calling me I don't owe anything to sprint if this is who is calling me
