I said I did not know how to turn on my computer for him to "HELP" me and I hung up the phone. I have been callng windows tech, so I thought this may be real-NOT, they just haven't called from that number before. another number to BLOCK

Said they are investigating me.  When I asked for credentials he said he has my ip. The person was calling from somewhere where it sounded like they were outside on a busy street.  Hardly a office setting. When I called back it said it was a disconnected mobile  number.

They knew my name. Claimed that it was Eric (I think) calling from "Windows Technical Department." It was about a complaint and investigation call for me. He asked me if I knew what the it was about. Then he said something I didn't understand. I asked again why he was calling me. He repeated that it was a complaint and an investigation call for me. It was a complaint made by their technical department because I was supposedly sending them errors in certifications from my IP address. Told them to remove me and hung up on them.
