Will leave a message that they will get you GSA contract ... this is a scam.

Just got a call from this number. The message said she was "Kay Mallory" and wanted me to call her back about a 5-year GSA contract if I was interested.

Yeah sure - how much would that cost me? Same old same old from a new number. They usually ask you to pay something like $5,000 for them to get these "contracts". What a scam......

Just got a call from this number on 7-29-13. The message said she was "Kay Mallory" and wanted me to call her back about a 5-year GSA contract if I was interested.  This is a spam phone call.

Caller said her name was Kay Mowery, she was calling re: a 5-year GSA contract with the federal government.  She said they're a consulting firm and they find businesses and help them to get on the GSA schedule.

Same song and dance about a 5 year contact. I actually enjoying taking these calls now. I try and keep them on the phone as long as I can to try and completely frustrate them and when I think they are getting close to hanging up I call them names that I would not want my mother to ever hear.
