It was a person in Cuyahoga County Jail that was trying to call you. If you do not want that person calling then all you have to do is dial 866-230-7761 and get to an operator. From there tell them you want your number blocked. People in jail can no longer call you, when they dial you they will find out.

Caller wanting us to accept collect call.  Called several times.  Then, we accepted the collect call and they wanted our credit card number.  We told them no and stop calling.  By the fourth day, they called us 30 times.

Received message stating they were calling from Cuyahoga County Jail.  With instructions on accepting the collect call by giving credit card number.  The line does not ring if you attempt to call the number back.
