Would suspect he has an I phone and someone has hacked it, using the number for prank calls.

Yes, i received this number consistently at around noon for the last few days,,,weekdays...did not receive calls over the week end though.

This number seems to appear with regularity on Singapore phones -both residential and mobiles alike.
According to several reports from Google, this seems to be from a company called MBS seeking partners to expand into Singapore.
I have never answered any calls from this number as I suspect it to be scam, or some phone jacking outfit where they will link you to some remote Eastern European number from whence you incur horrendous phone bills.

Called my mobile on average three times a day since last Tuesday. No calls on Sunday though. I picked up twice on Tuesday and Wednesday but no one on the line, just some background sounds (like people speaking in a distance). Very annoying. And as I am typing this, another call is coming in. That makes it a record 4th call today!
Also noticed pattern of calls from an "Unknown" number as well. Started same time as that number from Cleveland Ohio. Also on average two to three calls a day last week.
Singtel person I spoke to said that if overseas number hard to do something about it. If local, can make police report and have some followup action.
So looks like just have to ignore.

Got a phone call from this number.  No one answered when I said "hello" and all I heard was an automated voice that said "Goodbye..."
