Received call 12:15 pm CT 01/05/15 which I couldn't take. No message left. Called back twice to return the call and see who called me. Immediately got music/no id of company/"Due to the high volume of callers,.....your call is important..please wait for the next available agent." After two minutes there was silence and then a busy tone because my call was very important to them!

Received yet another call on 02/03/2015 at 11:06 AM.  Again, no voice mail.  Caller ID shows, "Independence, OH."  Time to block this caller, whoever it is.
