I keep getting strange vocie messages from this number! Its like a flushing toilet or something. Its so creepy. When I called this number back no one answered it! Can anyone tell me what this is?

answered phone call There is an indian stating he is from us pharmacy. I hung up. this is the same guy who called from 216-539-7040. We need to stop these people from calling.

Very strange. I live near the 216 area code (it is a local call for me). Caller ID = O2C.
