Left a message threatening court orders, I blocked my number and called back.  The person answering the phone identified themselves as "Investigator Jones", I asked why they were calling and they wanted my phone number which I would not give, and they would not give any further information then hung up on me.

SCAM SCAM SCAM! This person keeps calling saying its urgent I get back with them regarding a legal matter. Ive had people like this call before and there is NO legal problem pending!
