got this call, and like many others that there is no answer, and when you call back there is just dead air.

Blocked the call and contacted the cell phone company about blocking this number permanently.

I pushed redial and got a person, I said this number calls every night, I want my number taken out of your data base she said fine, I gave her my number. I asked what this company is she said associated community services. I asked where are you located, she said Southfield Michigan. I said my ID said Cleveland Ohio, 216-400-8002.  Apparently they are connected.
