The person who owns this number is an indian foolish and stupid guy who doesn't know proper english. He is calling from India and he is a big bluddy scammer. He assumes himself as an officer of dep. of law and investigation but he doesn't know about law and even about american accents. His voice is very thick which an american doesn't have and officer of U.S. never speaks like he speaks. So, i am going to catch him and sue him and i know that he fraud has got many more amount with using this scam but i'll not let him go away.....
so, anybody who is harrased by this person officer Shaun Miller or officer James White or officer Mark Williams put a complain on 800notes and get that [***] fcuked...

Received a message on my cell today from 216-373-8830 leaving a message for Alica, which is not my name.  Caller identified himself as Officer Margolian (spoke in broken English) concerning legal mess.  I have no legal problems.
