Scam, asks for personal info and when you question them they hang up.

called at 8:30 AM claiming they were collecting a debt, left message with this phone number.

This number 4 times throughout the day. Twice at work, on the way home, and at home. 3 times, I picked up, and nobody said anything. I called back on a TracPhone after the forth time. Found out that it was CBE and told them we're both recording this call, and it's harassment. If I get another call I'm filling a report. They removed my number. They're calling about a bill from Verizon.
