An O'Brian called my mom saying that she'll be served a summons in my name with a case # ------. I'm sure this is a fake company for I haven't received any calls from them. First and foremost.... and IT IS ILLEGAL for them to call my mom threatening her for something I "apparently" did

I just got a call from this number.  He said he was Jack O'Brien, representing a us case stemming from a bad check in Caldwell County (sp) Wants to settle out of court.
