We get these calls EVERYTIME we buy pre-paid minutes for our NET10cells through a third party minutes broker, CALLINGMART.com.  They do hang-up calls to BAIT you into calling back: DO NOT!!  If you do, you have essentially 'done business' over your phone with them, and they can continue to call you for at least 18 months with impunity, especially since they will not honor any requests to stop.  We pay through PayPal, which is far more secure than a credit card.  They attempt PHISHING calls EACH and EVERY time, in order to gain access to our credit card, using the RUSE of offering a 'free gift reward'  that asks you to pay a 'small fee' for 'shipping' - and then they charge your cc for hundreds of $$$.   Unsure whether its NET10 or CALLINGMART.com that is the culprit; it IS one of them.   They BOTH SUCK as far as I'm concerned, but we refuse to spend more on stupid phones!
