Keep getting a call from this number. No one answers or leaves a message. After I used a whistle they hung up.

I've already received 4 calls from number today.  Who in the F calls this much with no voicemail????  Is it a Phillipines calling terrorist?  Whistle sounds effective, might give it a shot.

Caller: "Hi. This is Mary [maybe wrong on name here]. How are you today?" <-- obvious robot speech.
Me:" This is a robot!"
Caller: "I am a real person. Why do you ask?" <-- notice I didn't ask any question.
[Short pause to think of robot fooling question/statement.]
Caller: "Hello, are you still there?"
Me: "Yep"
Caller: "I do not consent to being recorded. We'll place you on do not call list. Thank you." <--click

Finally answered this call to my cell after a half dozen hang ups. Smooth talking guy who insisted it was not a sales call but assured me he would help me find my way out if up to $10,000 of credit card debt.
I'm on the do not call list. And too late suckah- already declared bankruptcy for $64,000 of credit card debt. Paid $5k and kissed it Buh bye.

Received a phone call from this number. Didn't answer. No voice message left.
